"I have a Rheem RV96VA 2 stage furnace that was installed in 2017, and there was an error message indicating that the blower motor has failed. I wanted a Rheem authorized repair provider, so I researched and found Anytime. I called Gary and he was able to schedule Jake for 12:30 the same day. Jake arrived early with an apprentice (sorry, I do not remember his name), and they quickly confirmed that the blower motor needed to be replaced. I was unable to locate my warranty information, so Jake began calling and investigating this for me. My wife and I forgot that we had registered it under her last name, which is different than mine, but Jake happened to notice this on the installation sticker and looked it up. He was able to confirm that the blower motor was under warranty and was able to reduce our cost to labor only which saved us $1,000.00! I have worked with a lot of household repair providers and I can't think of any that would have gone out of their way to do this for us. My experience with Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning was outstanding and I highly recommend them."
